Additional Shipping Information:

USA (United States of America)

We use the USPS as the local courier for the delivery of your parcel. If you are expecting your parcel, but know that you will not be in to receive it, it is recommended to place a note at your door/mail box asking the courier to leave parcel in a safe location.

If no safe location is available please ask them to leave a card that states delivery was attempted but not successful. The card left by USPS should have the parcel reference number on it, which you can take to the USPS depot to collect your parcel.

Please note that we can not deliver to addresses that have a P O Box number in them.

Europe

When placing your order please make sure you provide a contact telephone number so local couriers can contact you if you are not in to receive your parcel. Please take your care when filling out your address as an error in the address will lead to the parcel being returned to a central warehouse requiring a reshipping fee for delivery. For all Norwegian customers, we require a phone number for posting.

Hong-Kong


For deliveries to Hong Honk we require your contact telephone number. Please provide this when placing your order. This ensures ease of delivery and allows the courier to get in touch with you if there are problems with your order. 

South Korea

For customers from South Korea, we require a PCC ( Personal Clearance Code ) number to pass through South Korean customs. Please provide this when completing your order. If you do not have this number you can get it by visiting your local customs website. If you provide them your name and date of birth, they will issue you this number.

Chile and Brazil

For customers from Chile and Brazil, we need a tax ID (TIN) number to pass through Chilean and Brazilian customs. Please provide this tax ID number when completing your order.

If you forget to provide this extra information (such as ID numbers, PCCs, telephone numbers etc.) it's no problem! Our team will get in touch with you via the email address you provided when you placed your order.

Cancellation ( if applicable )

We accept order cancellation before order is shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
 
We CANNOT cancel the order if the order has already been shipped out.

 

Return & Exchange

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery date. However, customers are responsible for shipping fees. Please note, you need to email us at info@affordfit.com before you return your items.
 
Please keep in mind that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on items marked final sale.
 
To be eligible for return/exchange, the following requirements must be met:
  1. You must make sure that return items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused in their original condition and package, with all tags attached and anything needed but not mentioned here for second sale.
  2. Any indicators of use for photoshoots or production do not comply with our return policy.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse return request that the 7 days of delivery period has expired, or showing signs of wear, or anything that does not meet the above return criteria.
  4. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Affordfit will not be held liable for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

How to Return

  1. Please email us at info@affordfit.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. In the email, please include your order number and some photo evidence about the return products in their original condition with package and tags.
  2. Proof of purchase is required prior to return.
  3. Return your product with a paper of the order number inside the package to the address. The order number can be found in your order confirmation email / shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your Affordfit Account.
  4. Send us your return tracking number to expediate the return process.
  5. Please allow 3-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect all return items.
  

Processing Refund for Return

Once we receive your return items, and inspect them in good condition, we will issue a refund (excluding all applicable shipping fees and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.
Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  
You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

How to Exchange

  1. Please email us at info@affordfit.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason. In the email, please include some photo evidence about the exchange products in their original condition and package/tags.

Late or missing refunds ( if applicable )

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
